The Youth Guarantee is a UK government initiative designed to ensure that all young people aged 16–24 have access to employment, education, or training opportunities. Backed by £2.5 billion of investment over the next three years, the programme aims to support nearly one million young people and create up to 500,000 opportunities nationwide.

Our local MP, Sir Julian Smith, is encouraging businesses to review the official briefing notes and share your views, particularly on whether these proposals are practical and workable in our area. Your feedback will be gathered and presented directly to government ministers, helping to shape how the initiative is delivered locally and nationally.
